This operation is performed to reduce distortion during heat treatment
Hardening
Harden from temperature of 780 to 810℃, 820 to 850℃ followed by oil or water quenching
Hardness after quenching is about 60 HRC
Tempering
Tempering temperature: 150 to 180℃
Forging
Hot forming temperature: 1100 to 850℃
